  • Do you arrange building permits if any are needed?

    Deck Craft Plus LLC obtains all needed township or county building permits. HOA permits and approvals are the responsibilty of the home owner with the assistance of renderings provided by us.

  • Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?

    As a reliable deck builder, we're fully licensed, bonded, and insured and can provide that information for any query.

  • What types of warranties or guarantees do you have?

    We have a non transferrable workmanship warranty (as long as you own the house and something fails due to workmanship we repair at no cost to you!) We use top quality products with thier own warranties that we can assist with utilizing.

  • What are your specialties?

    We specialize in custom decks. We design and build high-quality, luxury custom decks with stand alone designs. According to Statista, 50,000 single-family houses had decks built in 2021 alone.   • Do you offer financing?

    We do! We offer to finance through HFS. Ask your deck builder about financing options during your estimate!

  • How long will the project take?

    It depends a lot on the project itself. The design process takes around two business days after a site visit, but the construction varies depending on the deck. Your deck sales team can outline all this for for you before the project kicks off.

  • What kind of products and materials do you use?

    We use many top quality brands of deck building supplies. TimberTech, Azek, Fiberon, Wolf Building Products, Superior Plastic Products, Placid Point lighting and KeyLink rails  are some to name a few. 

  • Do you have references?
